Description
The Synthchaser Precision Slider Kit will breathe new life into your ARP Explorer I synthesizer keyboard. This pre-assembled kit replaces all 12 of your old sliders with new, smooth, high precision sliders. The difference in the way these sliders feel and perform compared to the originals is a huge improvement. The values and taper types of the faders are the same as the originals. Sliders are on just a few assemblies, so it is easy to ensure that all of the sliders are parallel. Plus, the assemblies come pre-assembled, saving massive amounts of time and headache over fiddly DIY options.
The slider shafts fit the original soft style slider caps (some may require some non-permanent adhesive to help stay on the shaft). While you’re working on your Explorer I, also consider our recap/IC kit or a new set of key bushings, all available from our store.
