In this video, I’ll show you how to install the Synthchaser Battery Eliminator for Juno 106, which replaces the original battery-dependent memory chip with nonvolatile memory so your presets are retained without a battery. The module comes preloaded with both banks of factory presets, supports saving your own custom patches, and eliminates the hassle of replacing the battery and losing your presets when the battery dies.
