The vintage Minimoog Model D is the definitive analog monosynth, delivering massive bass, creamy leads, and the unmistakable warmth that shaped decades of music. This is not a reissue or a clone–this is the real deal, manufactured in February 1979. Overall nice physical condition. Some old road case foam residue is on the left side and back of the wood–see photos for condition. The synthesizer was serviced by Synthchaser in March 2026. Work done included:
- Keyboard rebuild – New key bushings installed, keys ultrasonically cleaned, bus bars removed and polished, ballcrank caps cleaned and relubricated.
- Pots & switches cleaned
- Calibrated & tuned
Prospective buyers are welcome to come try it out before purchasing. Local pickup is welcome and encouraged. If being shipped, the instrument will be packed well and insured for the full purchase price, but this is a vintage electronic item, so all sales will be as-is and final.
