Description
The Oberheim Matrix 1000 is a classic analog synth module packed with 1,000 rich, warm patches powered by true analog circuitry and the legendary Matrix modulation system. Its compact design and MIDI control make it a powerhouse for producers seeking vintage Oberheim tones without the bulk or cost of larger synths.
The synthesizer is in very good condition, with some imperfections on the rack ears, which is common (see photos). This Matrix 1000 has version 1.20, and I’ve just loaded the factory presets. The volume pot can be a little scratchy.
Prospective buyers are welcome to come try it out before purchasing. Local pickup is welcome and encouraged. If being shipped, the instrument will be packed well and insured for the full purchase price, but this is a vintage electronic item, so all sales are as-is and final.
