Yamaha DX-7 Mandatory RIFA Replacement Capacitor

Description

Yamaha DX-7’s (DX-9, and other gear) that still have their original RIFA film capacitor across the power switch are fire hazards!  I consider replacement of these capacitors mandatory on all Yamahas with the original capacitor.  It is an easy task to replace this capacitor and should be done on all units.  Remember, RIFA = “Replace Immediately, Fire Ahead”.
